These "Martingale" style collars are great for dogs whose necks are as wide as their skulls. Dogs like Greyhounds and Whippets may easily slip out of traditional collars. This collar quickly slips over the dog's head, yet it is escape proof. The "loop" enables the whole collar to decrease in size when your dog pulls. This evenly distributes pressure, easing strain on your dog's neck and coat. The "loop" forms a "handle", which is perfect for restraining your dog at the last minute or quick corrections during a training program. Adjust the collar to provide "2 fingers of slack" between the collar and the dog's neck
"Martingale" style ribbon collars are crafted by hand in Avondale, Georgia. Adjustable collars are constructed with durable 1" wide hemp webbing, metal D-rings, and heavy duty tri-glides.

| The Shore Dog Walker collar is designed to provide "Martingale" benefits for any type dog.
The durable grosgrain ribbon is sewn on high strength nylon webbing. The Shore Dog Walker collar combines the best features of the traditional "Standard" collar and the "Martingale" style collar. The limited choke action of the "Shore Dog Walker" may be used for training, dogs that require a little more control, or dogs that pull. The side release buckle allows for easy use. With the "Shore Dog Walker" you only size the collar once, then use the side release buckle to remove and place the collar on you dog. Allow two fingers slack between the dog's neck and collar to allow proper action on the limited choke feature. |
